  • Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Work with agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business
Compensation $40,000 - $75,000+ Per YearOur compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.
Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Plymouth, MN
Requirements Having experience in the insurance industry is not required to apply for this position. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and engaged to develop their skills and knowledge and are eager about the role insane and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recovery from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Successful track record for meeting sales goals preferred
  • Self-Motivation
  • Experience in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)

Get to know Katie Katie was born and raised in Minnesota. And you betcha! She definitely has a Minnesota accent! Katie graduated from St. Cloud State Herberger School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She became a State Farm Agent in 2019 after working for another State Farm Agent for 4 years. She absolutely loves what she does and couldn’t imagine a career that is more perfect for her. Katie also enjoys spending time with her family & friends, cheering on Minnesota sports teams (especially hockey), going to concerts, movies, and plays. She is a proud cat lady and loves spending time with her fur babies!
