"I had a meeting with Katie today and it was an enjoyable experience. I've spoken to Katie on the phone before but, the face to face meeting gave me the assurance that my Family and I were in good hands. We examined the auto, motor scooter, home and life insurance completely and made minor changes that were needed. There were times when the subject changed and we talked about other things but it was completely enjoyable. It was a good way to learn who you were talking to. "Great people, great service and they also follow up on rates too. I switched about a year ago, but came back after Leah reached out to notify me of a rate change, which was in my favor.
